River Water Recharge Wells Is India running out of water? The headlines say yes, but the solution is literally beneath our feet. In this video, we dive into the groundbreaking "River Water Recharge Wells" project—a game-changing system that turns devastating monsoon floods into a 24/7 water supply for every home and farm in India. Why this is a Game Changer: 🚫 No More Drying Borewells: Learn how we can "recharge" the earth like a battery. 🌊 Flood to Fuel: How excess river water (that usually goes to waste) can be stored safely underground. 💧 Evaporation Free: Unlike dams, underground aquifers lose ZERO water to the sun. 🌍 Global Success: It's already working in the USA, Australia, and Israel. Why not India? Author and researcher CA Anil K. Jain breaks down the science, the challenges, and the roadmap to making India water-secure for the next century. This isn't just a project; it's a revolution.

In one of your Mann Ki Baat addresses, you encouraged students to participate in the CSIR–JIGYASA – One Day as a Scientist Programme. Inspired by your message, I attended the programme at CSIR–National Chemical Laboratory (NCL), Pune, as a student of Swami Vivekanand English High School, Mumbai. That single experience inspired me to write JIGYASA: From Curiosity to Clarity. The book was inaugurated by the Director, CSIR–NCL, is now available globally, and has been included in the NITI Aayog Library Collection (May 2026). At the age of 13, this journey reflects the transformative impact of your vision to nurture scientific curiosity among students. If this journey from your Mann Ki Baat appeal to a student's book reaching the NITI Aayog Library—is shared in Mann Ki Baat, it will become a powerful example of how a national initiative can inspire a young mind to pursue science, research, and innovation, motivating lakhs of students.
