मैं सज्जनराज कटारिया (आयु 91 वर्ष) पाली-मारवाड़, राजस्थान का निवासी हूँ। भारत में अन्न को देवता माना गया है, किंतु आज हमारे भारतीय समाज में विवाह, सामूहिक प्रसंगों, होटलों और यहाँ तक कि घरों में भी लगभग 25–30% भोजन झूठा डालने के कारण व्यर्थ फेंक दिया जाता है। यह केवल अन्न की बर्बादी नहीं है, बल्कि पानी, बिजली, ईंधन, श्रम, भूमि, उर्वरक और धन जैसे अनेक संसाधनों की बर्बादी भी है। यह हमारी भारतीय संस्कृति और संस्कारों के भी विरुद्ध है।

Dear Sir,
I have come out with new frying technique called DROP FRYING.
It uses few drops of oil to fry snack items.
It uses Paniyarm Pan to fry all types of snack items such as
Vadas, Gulab Jamuns, Bread rolls, Bhajjis, etc.
It uses only 25% oil and always uses fresh drops of oil.
This technique can reduce edible oil consumption significantly.
Also, reduced incidents of coronary heart diseases and less obesity.
No acidity problem. Even poor people can afford it.

1 शहरी और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में ध्यान केंद्र स्थापित किए जाने चाहिए।
2 सभी स्कूल और कॉलेजों में ध्यान की कक्षा अनिवार्य होगी।
3 इसे विद्यालय के पाठ्यक्रम में एक अध्याय के रूप में शामिल किया जाना चाहिए।

I, Jagriti Verma, a citizen of Delhi, wish to bring one point to your attention. Schools make girls wear salwar kameez in the name of Indian tradition, but boys wear trousers and shirts. This tells children from a young age that only girls must carry our culture. That is not equality. I request that dhoti-kurta be made a uniform option for boys too.
