Sir, I have experienced that on many Govt portals even though the contact numbers are displayed, very rarely they are responded. Especially on IEPF portal the communication needs to be improved. I have tried dialling the numbers given in the 'contact us' tab. I also wrote emails on the email address mentioned but there is no response. I wonder what a common investor will do when the company is not responding to the IEPF directions. There should be some mechanism to address these issues. thanks

Why there is no easy way avaiable through which we can donate to our armed forces ? Right now I am using ndf website to donate if and when I want to donate, this also i found very dificult because of the asked information that I have to fill everytime. I propose of have a system where anyone can donate to our special forces easily. Thanks

I mention EPFO only as one example to illustrate a broader issue that many citizens may be facing in their interactions with public authorities. When grievances remain unattended and communication channels do not function effectively, public confidence in government institutions is adversely affected. I respectfully submit that such lapses may unintentionally create a negative impression about the efficiency and commitment of the Government, despite the sincere efforts being made under your lead

Public Responsiveness and Accountability in Government Departments Hon'ble Prime Minister, Respected Sir, I wish to humbly bring to your kind attention a matter of great concern regarding the responsiveness of certain government departments to grievances raised by members of the public. In my personal experience, particularly with the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), I have submitted several emails and made repeated attempts to contact the contact over phone. No response

“A stronger India can be built only when its youth are protected and heard. Harmful substances like tobacco, cigarettes, drugs, and vaping products should face stricter bans and awareness campaigns, as they silently harm young lives. Students from every school, village, and city should get equal chances to attend national summits, youth parliaments, and innovation programs. Talent should never depend on money or school reputation. Every teenager deserves a platform to contribute to the nation.”
