Many women take career breaks due to family, childcare, health, or financial responsibilities. When they try to return, their resumes are often rejected because of career gaps and ATS filters. Previous organizations should support women through returnship or stipend-based restart programs and fair interview opportunities. A woman should not lose her career permanently for choosing her family’s well-being during an important phase of life.
