Sir, Namaste! We have World Telecom Day on 17 May. On the occasion of this, I would like to suggest to kindly think about the national roaming services in Jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh and all north-east states for all prepaid subscribers. In the current scenario, the prepaid subscribers have to either purchase a new local SIM or migrate in to postpaid segment which is an extra burden on their pocket. Please work to sort out all security and technical issue and allow national roaming in all above UTs.

Respected Sir, I would like to share a suggestion regarding the education system in India In many government and private schools(mostly in towns & villages) English is taught only as a subject for exams rather than as a language for communication. Students learn how to read and write English, but unable to speak confidently even after completing school. I humbly request that schools across India, especially rural schools, focus more on practical English communication from primary classes itself.

Considering the current shortage in availability of LPG for cooking, can we not consider Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG)? Already we have some companies in India producing CBG and we also generate immense amount of Bio-degradable waste.I understand that we may have to manufacture gas stoves which can handle both LPG and CBG. The organizations currently manufacturing CBG should be allowed to increase their capacity. Also we may have to look at ways to produce gas stoves which work on LPG and CBG.

Considering the current oil crisis and our fast depleting strategic reserves, can we not consider producing petrol, diesel and other perto fuels from plastic waste using Plastic Pyrolysis? India already has few companies producing these fuels using Plastic Pyrolysis. India also has immense amount of Plastic waste. The most efficient Plastic Pyrolysis methods can produce as much as 1 litre of Petrol or Diesel from 1 kg of Plastic waste. Production capacity of existing companies to be increased.

Another big flaw in Census 2027 enumeration process At all apartment / RWAs , the resident mobile number is available at society office. The enumerator could gather the contact number and without visiting the flat, basic census data could be entered and submitted as this basic data such as number of family members is available with society office .

Please find attached my policy recommendation regarding reduced taxation on Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEVs) in India. The proposal argues that PHEVs can serve as a transitional technology between conventional ICE vehicles and full EV adoption, particularly while charging infrastructure continues to develop nationwide. The recommendation aims to support fuel conservation, lower emissions, and increase consumer flexibility during India’s electrification transition.
