I am an Alumni of EPLM programme from IIM Calcutta. In fact, I supported to name this programme as EPLM When it was started involving the Central government and IIM Calcutta personnel.
I rejoined the EPLM programme Batch 18 2025-26 from IIM Calcutta to revise my previous knowledge and to prove Jainism religion reincarnation content which otherwise people tend to forget and in the process try to misuse in asking for the money which already were made in the past.

Please give impetus to Jainism/ Jain religion as minority religion in jobs, prestigious educational institutions, government schemes, procurement of land, etc.
Please bring your attention officially towards building of Jain temples, resorts in foreign countries via various Jainism Trusts obeying discipline and decorum of Jainism religion matching to that
specific country.
Allow certain well qualified Jainism religion related persons / professionals to become Global citizens.

मेरा सुझाव है कि सरकारी स्कूलों में सप्ताह में एक दिन " अनुभव संवाद दिवस" आयोजित किया जाए जिसमें समाज के अनुभवी वरिष्ठ नागरिक विद्यार्थियों के बीच आकर अपने संघर्ष, अनुशासन, संस्कार,सामाजिक अनुभव या देशभक्ति से जुड़ी बातें बच्चों को बताएं जिससे बच्चों को किताबों के साथ साथ जीवन की वास्तविक सीख भी मिलेगी जिससे विद्यार्थियों में नैतिक मूल्य, आत्मविश्वास,समाज के प्रति जिम्मेदारी की भावना और भारतीय संस्कृति के प्रति सम्मान की भावना विकसित होगी, इससे नई और पुरानी पीढ़ी के बीच आत्मीय संबंध भी मजबूत हों
