Dear Sir, I would like to share my views on population control. We can send our people to other countries where population is less and resources are more. I think more than 50 countries are there which require people who can utilize the resources because in Man, machine and material, man are the primary tool to use available resources. By this we can send 40 crore people from our country by this we can change their lives and status. If Government require any other feedback in this regard, I will feel more proud.

I want to Start the Waste Material Processing Unit in which I can Process (If Company was Started) the Plastic Bottles and Plastic Material & Organic Kitchen Waste & Dry Waste of Tree in the Initial Stage & there after I can Scaleup for Old Textiles Waste and Clothes Waste, Glass Waste and Jars & Aluminium Waste, Paper and Cardboard Waste and Metal Waste for Processing. Please help me to Start the New Processing Plant for nearby Location of Mungaoli. I have only the Idea & I do not have any Paper Work.

I suggest that the SOP adopt a child-centred, best-interest approach with early identification of children affected by parental incarceration, child-friendly assessment, safe family-based care, continuity of education and healthcare, meaningful parent-child contact, psychosocial support, privacy protection and a clear inter-departmental referral system. A designated nodal officer, periodic case reviews, child-friendly grievance mechanisms and outcome-based monitoring can help ensure that every affected child is identified, heard, protected and connected to appropriate services. The SOP should prioritise the child's safety, dignity, development and best interests while reducing stigma and unnecessary disruption to family relationships. ❶

Children affected by parental incarceration need protection, dignity, stability and continued access to education, healthcare and emotional support. The proposed SOP should establish early identification, individual care plans and clear coordination among prisons, Child Welfare Committees, District Child Protection Units, schools and healthcare providers. Children should be given a safe, voluntary and age-appropriate opportunity to express their views in decisions affecting them, with safeguards against pressure, stigma and emotional harm. Their privacy and best interests must remain central. Time-bound referrals, accessible grievance mechanisms, regular monitoring and clearly assigned responsibilities can ensure effective implementation and accountability while supporting each child’s development and future opportunities.

I have prepared a comprehensive framework for the NCPCR's Standard Operating Procedure on the Care and Protection of Children of Incarcerated Prisoners.My submission outlines actionable steps to safeguard the rights and development of these vulnerable children. First,I proposed a "Zero-Hour Protocol" during arrests to ensure immediate Child Welfare alerts and prevent sudden abandonment. For children aged 0-6 living in prisons, I recommended dedicated early childhood spaces, proper nutrition, and gradual separation strategies. For children left outside,I emphasized prioritizing foster care over institutionalization,alongside financial support via Mission Vatsalya.I also highlighted the critical need for uninterrupted schooling and trauma counseling to combat social stigma. Finally,I stressed the importance of maintaining the parent-child bond through child-friendly visitation rooms and regular video calls,ensuring a parent's incarceration does not unjustly jeopardize a child's future

Suggestions on Care and Protection of Children of Incarcerated Prisoners Children should not suffer because of the incarceration of their parents. Their care and protection must be guided by the principles of the best interests of the child, dignity, non-discrimination, safety, education, health, and family relationships. 1. Individualised care plans: Each child should receive an assessment of their family situation, educational needs, health, emotional wellbeing, and safety, followed by an individual care plan.2. Education continuity: Children should be supported to remain in school without interruption. Scholarships, textbooks, digital-learning facilities, transportation assistance, and fee support should be provided wherever necessary.3. Family contact: Safe and child-friendly opportunities for children to maintain contact with incarcerated parents should be encouraged. Regular visits, telephone/video calls, and other appropriate communication facilities can help preserve.

Children are the most vulnerable in this situation. Overcrowded and lack of desired amenities to children is a big problem. Minimum basic requirements are not fulfilled to children as citizens of India.

Children should not suffer because their parent or guardian is in prison. The SOP should ensure early identification of such children and provide support based on their individual needs. Education should continue without interruption, with help for school admission, books, fees and scholarships where required. Children should have access to counselling, healthcare and emotional support in a safe and respectful environment. Where safe and appropriate, children should stay with trusted family members and maintain contact with their incarcerated parent through child-friendly visits, phone calls or approved digital communication. Their identity and personal information should remain confidential to prevent stigma, bullying and discrimination. Prisons, Child Welfare Committees, District Child Protection Units, schools, healthcare and legal authorities should work together through a clear support and monitoring system. Regular follow-up should ensure the child remains safe, supported.

Care and Protection of Children of Incarcerated Prisoners Respected Government, children should not suffer because of the actions or circumstances of their parents. When a parent is in prison, children may face problems such as lack of proper care, education, nutrition, safety and emotional support. The government should take special steps to protect these children and ensure that they can live with dignity. I suggest that every such child should have access to free education, nutritious food, healthcare and a safe living environment. The government can provide financial support and scholarships for their education. Regular counselling and emotional support should also be available to help children deal with stress and loneliness. Children living with an incarcerated parent should be provided a clean, safe and child-friendly environment. Their privacy and dignity must be protected.
