In today's hectic life, people do not get time to work for nature even though they want to. So for this, I have an idea in my head, I want to create an organization "under my chairmanship" which will bring together such people who do not have a job at present but have time who can work for nature and also through this, they will get employment and the government will provide funds/salaries for this organization and those who work.
Through this organization, we can undertake the following works such as tree plantation, river cleaning, waste management, providing information in schools and colleges and getting students to work for nature by participating in it, guiding them about things that are beneficial and harmful to nature and their application in life, protection of wildlife, overall complete conservation of nature, if necessary, experts in the field can be included in it, we should think about this, I hope to get your positive response,

Skill is an part and parcel for economic development of country.my view is to skill course will be start from school level.it is a way to develop skill mindset.second social barrier is a big barrier for skill our society.social mindset will be changed for skill power.third lord vishwakarma is a king of skill.17 September will be announced as a skill day in all over country.

Skill development is an important part for economic growth of country.some suggestion has to be given for it.
1 A national skill research centre will be established for research on different kind of skill for different area and human being.
2 caste based skill system had to be promoted for fulfill different kind of skill oriented work.
3 Educational institution will be primary centre for develop skill of youth.
4 A national skill board will be formed for regulate and manage all thing related to it.
5 Regional skill centre will be open for identify and shaping their skill for country.
