और problem दिखे तो उसे अनदेखा करने के बजाए Solution पर ध्यान दे काम करे
4example- लोग पहाड़ जंगल मंदिर घुमने जाते है पर वहा सब कचरा फैलाकर आते है वो plastic बोतले..& else सब नदी झरने पाणी मे जाकर - water pollution/animal spoil
फीर - एक तो फेको मत कचरा तर ना सुनते
तो कितने सोच सकते है के पानी मे ही ऐसा कुछ element invent करे जो - वो plastic रोके या गलत जाए और एक जगह ठहर जाए
पाणी भी खराब ना हो और animal को खतरा भी ना हो
या फीर 1liter से ज्यादा carry नही कर सकते weight भी है तो pouch रखे with rubber open

का role है वो कैसे बनता है
in short - संस्कार is a Skill
पर ऐसा नही ईनमे से कुछ steps missing हो गए तो उसमे Skill नही 4example good parenting if not gain but by good education upbringing अच्छा सिख सकता है

जो है उसे और गुणकारी बना देता है
तो समाज का भी दायित्व बनता है उसे वैसा बनने मे सहायता प्राप्त हो
और गर सरकार और समाज दोनो मिलकर प्रयास करे तो उन्नती प्रगती की राहतर दौड़ेगी
ऐसी सहायता प्राप्त हो के - as per interst work हो
फीर उसे job business not for only for also others ..
मेहनत से इंसान सिर्फ दाल रोटी खा सकता है,छोटी मोटी झोपड़ी टाइप मकान बना सकता है,
आलीशान महल नहीं बना सकता ,
धन का पेड़ भ्रष्टाचार की धरती पर ही उगता है।
और यह दिखता भी है।
लेकिन...............
यदि लोगों को ईमानदारी का मूल्य मिलने लगे (एवार्ड) तो कुछ हद तक सुधार होने की संभावना हो सकती है।
लोगों की ईमानदारी को जागृत करना ही होगा,
इसकी शुरूआत हमारे जनप्रतिनिधियों को ईमानदार रह कर ........
कौशल आपके प्रयास व अनुभव का सम्मिश्रण होता है। इसलिए कौशल विकास के पाठ्यक्रम में कम से कम 60% जमीनी स्तर पर अभ्यास होना चाहिए। किताब में पढ़ने की बजाय खुद प्रैक्टिकल करने से ज्यादा बारीकी व गहराई से सीखता है।
नई पालिसी में पुश्तैनी कार्य में हाथ बंटाने पर बच्चों को बाल मजदूर ना माना जाए।
नमस्कार पुश्तैनी धंधों में बचपन से ही हाथ बंटाने और उसी को आगे उन्नत करने से स्वरोजगार व आर्थिक निर्भरता आयेंगी।

With over a decade of hands-on experience in the field of skill development since 2014, I have been closely involved in the planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs across various levels and job role including State & Central Skill Development Programs. My insights are based on practical exposure, industry feedback, and alignment with evolving skilling standards and workforce demands.
I respectfully submit the following suggestion for your kind consideration, with the intent to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and industry relevance of training interventions. These inputs are rooted in operational experience and a deep understanding of learner needs, trainer challenges, and employer expectations.
