Subject: Suggestions for National Skill Development Policy
Respected Sir/Madam,
I propose the following key ideas:
1. Align training with modern industry needs: AI, EV, robotics, green energy.
2. Expand rural access through local centers and language content.
3. Build a national e-skill platform with AI-driven learning paths.
4. Make on-the-job training mandatory in all courses.
5. Promote flexible upskilling: evening/weekend batches.
6. Support women and youth entrepreneurship via mentorship.
7. Track outcomes; link center funding to placement results.
8. Align certifications with global standards.
This will build a future-ready, inclusive skill ecosystem.
Regards,
Mukesh Chand

According to me, National Policy for Skill Development should be based on 5A principals (Awareness, Access, Achievement Assistance and Awards)
Details are in attachment
There has been a huge change in agriculture since 2015. Cultivation technologies like hydroponics, aeroponics, and aquaponics have grown.
These are technological methods that can generate more profit in less space. The question is whether we have provided the necessary personnel for this.We must also provide training in the production of materials required for new technologies.
Profitable technologies are emerging in all sectors. We need to have employees who are capable of using them and making profits.
Update Learning Centers should be established in all districts to teach new and existing people about the new technologies emerging in all sectors.
There, introductory skills training on new technologies should be provided. Workers should also be provided with opportunities to participate in exhibitions related to their respective sectors.
All certificate trainings across the country should be brought under skill india mission 2.0 . Engineering and non-engineering sectors have been given more attention, now we should also bring certificate education related to big art sectors like CA, CS, CMA in skill india 2.0.If CA, CS, Marine etc. are taught in state languages, we can provide highly skilled workers as per the world's demand.Locomotive driver, JCB, Forklift, Mobile crane operator, crane operator etc. should be given more importance in skill india 2.0. Our Indians will have opportunities to get jobs coming up internationally.Language should not be a barrier to skill development. If we teach all skill-based certification courses in the country in state languages, it will lead to development .Online and direct certification courses should also be in state languages.
Therefore, opportunities should be created to learn certification courses ranging from ITI to CA in the country in state languages.
There are many well experienced poor carpenter, painters and electricians but not well educated in the rural areas. I they always in backfoot due political or official red tapism. I think if they will be helped financially and modern technically they perform in their own field. Scheme should be easier to avail for them. They should be trained in govt expenditure. It can encourage them more and develop themselves
There should be new guidelines and procedures for the appointment of vocational teachers in schools and vocational education centers. Opportunities should be created for workers with work experience to work as vocational teachers.
It is gratifying that it has been decided to provide vocational teacher jobs to those who are suitable for the Professor OF Practice qualification. Opportunities should also be given to those with 5 years of work experience.
Those with ITI + NAC / at least five years of work experience should also be given the job of CRAFTS INSTRUCTOR. Those with work experience in the Central Teacher Eligibility TEST should also be declared eligible to join Central Government Schools as Vocational Teachers.Vocational education is slightly different from school education, so those with work experience suitable for the job of vocational education instructor should be employed in central government schools and vocational training centers
