What the world witnessed in the form of the COVID-19 crisis was beyond anybody’s wildest dreams. Though the world beheld chaos unfolds before its eyes in starting 2020, it also saw the unprecedented courage, service, and sacrifice of our doctors, nurses & frontline workers during these tough times.

As the second wave of COVID-19 once again tests India's strength & dedication in defeating this virus, we cannot thank our true COVID warriors enough for their spirit, fearlessness, and resolve.

Doctors, nurses & frontline workers have isolated themselves away from their families & have been working day and night to battle all the atrocities of the raging pandemic.

But are we doing enough for them?
The least we can do is make their jobs easier by following COVID Appropriate Behaviour& take out our time to say a heartfelt thank you. Let's make them feel valued. Let’s tell them that they are appreciated every day, but also especially during this unprecedented time, we are all facing together. Let’s hail the selfless work done by the medical professionals in India in dealing with the virus.

Though Thank you might sound like a small word against the momentous task they have undertaken, yet let’s make a small start. Join the Thank You Healthcare Workers Initiative & share your message to encourage them to move on to this difficult task of saving the lives during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Also in India the medical colleges or say hospitals are either Government or Private or say made by some Missionaries. But can we make some SemiGovernment Medical Colleges just like Autonomous Engineering Colleges with some Private Investors. Here people may be charged veryvery less as compared to a pvt.hospitals&significantly a little more than Govt.Medical Colleges. This may help govt. to produce more Med.Colleges.If beds are filled in govt. hospitals thenpeoplemay go here with less money charged

far away from the district GovernmentHospital. This may also save time in many cases where people may get a doctor nearby. Also big Infrastructures may not be needed. But need to be implemented in a proper way because without proper implementation it may cost more to the govt. Also people from village areas may get benefitted if they don't find a good doctor in their nearby GraminGovt.Hospital.Govt. may build them on PPPmodels & may charge very very minimal amount to the people because it's PPPmodel

You may say if polyclinics are there then what's the role of Medical colleges? They aren't same.It will cost less as compared to make a Medical colleges in every big district. They don't have beds, only they work as OPD or say will work for a less severe accident case. This may reduce some mob in hospitals & may benefit people who are

They did a lot for the society. But sir, if possible can we make more path for students to join Medical Streams after 12th class. Not only doctors but Nursing staff, Pharmacists, Physiotherapist etc. Also if we can make more students to join Medical streams by making more Medical colleges by permitting less Engineering Colleges to get licensed which are less than standard.Say with the money of collective a group of Engg. Colleges a Medical college can be made. Govt. can focus more on Polyclinics
