Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

Dear sir
Because of national security you could not become active in the street speeches. Sir you can always address a Rally speeches from one peaceful room with the help of live video calling and big screen in Rally along with a mobile phone call in-case live video interrupted. Please sir do not under estimate this solution. Innocent common Indians need your leadership and your speeches badly. If BJP loses in delhi election, I'll call it the biggest loss of every educated people of India.

Mobile number should be used as identification number for all purposes. Hence all bio-metric data should be uploaded at the time of getting the mobile number from the service provider. The Basic data of the individual should also be uploaded with backup documemt which can be checked by mobile regulator for government data bank. This will save lot of time and money to government on Census Data Etc. All billing and payment can be made through this. This will avoid multiple identification of any individual.

It is my suggestion. We have one of the biggest government set up, which is actually sidelined or not used properly. I.e. Indian Post Office. Why we cannot work for “Indian Postal Data?” You may develop a data bank in all post office based on Pin code as base linkage. You can set up a data bank which will synchronize Bank account and all government ID cards. When an individual moves from one House to another House i.e. he may move from one road to another road of a township or one state to anot

Yojna name: 'Digitally empowered girl child mother'

JAY PATEL
JAY PATEL 10 years 6 months ago

PART 1:

I have a Yojna in mind which covers Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, Women empowerment, Digital India, New Education policy, Make in India and also starts biometric mobiles market. There are around 200 millions childrens between age 0-14. I assume there are around 100 millions girls (may be less very sadly) in that age group. To encourage to have a girl child and educate a girl child, Government shall give 1 smartphone (Biometric integrated) to a proud mother of a girl child.

JAY PATEL
JAY PATEL 10 years 6 months ago

PART 2:
With Aadhar linked integrated biometric, mobile must be accessable by a mother only. With this Smartphone mother can educate her child with MOOCS videos which provide better quality of education than some schools in villages. MOOCS videos can be uploaded to smartphone memory card from schools or post office without internet. This can be a part of new education policy. A mother can also do some MOOCS which makes her skilled employable.

PART 3:
So most mothers and girls of India will be better educated and skilled which itself sends very strong message to discrimination against women. Also smartphone in most houses can access to m-governance, mobile money and lots more. Which is a part of Digital India. These 100 million biometric integrated smartphones must be made in India to send a clear signal to the world and also kick starts 'Mobile as Digital Identity' to these 100 millions empowered mothers.
