Suggested Conference Theme for 2026: The Great Educational Reversal: Navigating AI’s Impact on Learning

My recent blog The Great Educational Reversal explores how AI is fundamentally flipping the traditional roles in education. No longer are machines just tools for teaching; they’re becoming learners themselves—drawing data from humans and shaping how we understand knowledge, skills, and wisdom.
AI is erasing the boundaries between teacher and student, information and experience, and raising critical questions about the purpose and methods of education in the instant-information age. The blog argues for a shift from knowledge transmission to designing learning experiences focused on higher-order thinking and affective skills.

This submission outlines key recommendations across themes such as Sustainable Development, AI for Education, Data Governance, and AI Safety.
