Sir Jaihind, I have noticed that large no of property dealer are playing in market. How to choose a genuin person. I request that all property dealer should be registered with income tax departmet. Their details should be available on Income Tax department Web Site. They must display their Regn. No. On their visiting cards and shop. Income Tax departmet should conduct a Exam before registration to check the knowledge of applicant regarding Finance, land and housing rules.

Respected Sir, I request for particularly the girl child and senior citizens scheme, higher rates should be maintained. The push for lower rates comes from banks who need cheap deposits and want to reduce competition from these schemes. Basically, having frittered away huge amounts of capital in bad loans, bankers now want small savers to finance them for a pittance. This will ruin the small investors. Please Sir, kindly consider this in next budget and ensure interest rates are NOT reduced.
R/Sir,
I am an prepaid customer of Idea For Example: If I take the recharge card of worth Rs.10 , the card should be 10, but the sellers charging Rs.11 to 12. Mostly in villages they were serving too much charge.
Wherever these small sellers are well established, big companies could link with them and offer benefits such as durables, contacts and better procurement prices, but with the condition of standardization: of quality, services, grievance redressal, everything.
R/Sir,
MRP is written on every product , please look at image attached .
On the festival day - 2 litter Coca cola whose MRP is 70 Rs/-is available at Rs.35/- ( by one get one free ) & still they are earning profits ,then what percent profit they are earning daily by selling at regular price ? & what is the manufacturing cost ?
I think manufacturing cost of product needs to be printed on every product .
In India as per present scenario many consumable items MRP is like 99,199,299,149 because of this kind of MRP consumer always face problem so please resolve this. And second think is in Pharmaceutical items like medicine 500-1000% higher rate then manufacturing when it comes to end user because of this kind of price and manufacturing costing gap middle and lower class people's half income used in medical per annum and feel very trouble.
Sir, Whenthe rate of crude oil was $120 per barrel the rate of Engine oil (4T & 2T) was Rs.240/- per litre by OMCs. But todau oil rate is only$28 per barrel, but Engine oil costs Rs.310/- perlitre. Why it is not reduced, though petrol/Diesel is reduced.
