On 15th August every year, the Prime Minister speaks from the ramparts of the Red Fort and lays out the government's programmes and policies. Over the last few years, the Hon’ble Prime Minister has directly invited ideas and suggestions from citizens for the Independence Day Speech. Similarly, this year too the Prime Minister invites citizens to contribute their inputs for New India. So, now you have the opportunity to tell your ideas, give word to your suggestions and crystallize your vision. PM Narendra Modi may pick up some of the ideas in his speech on 15th August.

further to my earlier inputs 3d. different vehicles shall have different sound of horns. so that pedestrians/ riders can recognise vehicles. now a days even motor cyclists are using car horns. this shall be strictly abolished. 3e. horns sound shall be within safe decibels. 3f. safety rules shall be followed. no a day some youth do not know which side to drive . because of lack of supervision people slowly giving least importance to safety rules while walking or riding.

I suggest that the Government digitize the medical records of every patient admitted as an in-patient (IP) in both government and private hospitals. Patients should be able to securely access their medical reports, doctors' diagnoses, prescriptions, treatment details, laboratory results, and medication history. To protect privacy, every patient may be assigned a Unique Patient Identity (UPID) number to securely store and retrieve medical records while preventing unauthorized access. A centralized digital health record system would allow hospitals to instantly access previous records when a patient is referred or shifted from another hospital, ensuring continuity of care, reducing duplicate tests, improving treatment decisions, saving time and cost, and enabling patients to maintain a complete lifelong medical history.

further to my earlier inputs 2. operational guide lines shall be prepared and shall be strictly observed. 3. Even simple safety rules are not following. like 3a. elimination of usage of beam lighting 3b. covering of vehicles head lights with half stickers. earlier these were implemented. since opposite person cannot see/judge/take safty action/to stop/to slow / to keep aside could be able to do becase of glaring. 3c. this is to be implemented immediately.

I respectfully submit this representation to draw your kind attention to the growing menace of fake and anonymous social media accounts, which have become a significant challenge to public safety, national security, and social harmony. The misuse of fake accounts has led to the spread of misinformation, fake news, cyber fraud, identity theft, online harassment, defamation, hate speech, communal disharmony, and other unlawful activities. In many cases, identifying the actual individuals behind such accounts becomes difficult, thereby delaying investigations and weakening accountability. In view of the above, I humbly request the Government of India to consider introducing a policy requiring social media platforms operating in India to implement mandatory identity verification of users through Aadhaar or another government-approved identity document, while ensuring full compliance with the constitutional right to privacy, applicable data protection laws, and robust safeguards for users.
