Namaste Modi ji, we are a small family, LRS payments are too high for individual small projects in Telangana . Can we request you to come up with a cap or discount for first time builders for personal projects in Telangana. If we have to pay the amount we will be in heavy debts. We would lose all our savings and we already have taken loans. It is just not for us alone but all small real estate builders. Without construction it is difficult for progress in a nation.This would be helpful to builders who are first time and family business owners. TRS was sold earlier at a lesser price and now after giving permission for 6th floor construction GO, the prices have sky rocketed . Big builders can afford but small builders would be affected very badly. Hope you would give it a thought , already with construction loans from banks we are overwhelmed and struggling.
