On 15th August every year, the Prime Minister speaks from the ramparts of the Red Fort and lays out the government's programmes and policies. Over the last few years, the Hon’ble Prime Minister has directly invited ideas and suggestions from citizens for the Independence Day Speech. Similarly, this year too the Prime Minister invites citizens to contribute their inputs for New India. So, now you have the opportunity to tell your ideas, give word to your suggestions and crystallize your vision. PM Narendra Modi may pick up some of the ideas in his speech on 15th August.

JAI HIND SIR I am a Retired IAF Officer from Kerala. With Shining India & Extremely Talented Youngsters, my humble suggestion to make India more vibrant, more disciplined & more focused:
1. Make Active Military service of min one-year compulsory for every able Indian citizen. It can be optional in parts of 3/6 months or complete one year before the age of 30 years. A Stipend for the period served & a certificate be issued which will carry additional weightage for admission to educational institute or employments. This will, to a large extend inculcate Nationalism & Discipline amongst citizen specially in younger generations. Ex-Servicemen may be roped in to accomplish this activity.
2. Any type of abusive language or Street violence against dignitaries, Armed Forces, Para Military/Police or any Institution, including on social media be made strictly punishable. Nationalist citizens must be encouraged to report such activities. Kids below 18/16 be banned in few social media platforms.

Respected Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji,
My humble suggestion for your Independence Day 2026 address is to inspire every Indian with the vision of "Jan Bhagidari for Viksit Bharat 2047." Kindly encourage citizens to adopt water conservation (Catch the Rain), environmental protection through tree plantation, cleanliness, digital literacy, AI and skill development, women-led development, youth innovation, farmer welfare, and national unity.
Please inspire every family to contribute at least one meaningful service to the nation—planting trees, conserving water, mentoring a child, supporting local products, or volunteering for community development. Highlight the importance of constitutional values, scientific thinking, and harmony among all communities. A nationwide call for "One Citizen, One Nation-Building Action" will transform people's participation into India's greatest strength

Mandatory CBT Mode & One-Nation-One-Standard for State Recruitment Exams
Respected PM Sir,
As India advances toward Digital India and Viksit Bharat, our recruitment systems must match this progress. State-level paper leaks and delays severely affect millions of hardworking youth in states like Jharkhand.
Suggestions for Reform:
1.Mandatory CBT Framework: Transition all State PSC and SSC competitive exams from OMR/Pen-Paper mode to Computer-Based Testing (CBT) to eliminate physical paper leaks and evaluation delays.
2.One Nation, One Exam Security Standard: Standardize digital encryption, biometric verification, and AI-assisted surveillance across all state examination centers on par with NTA standards.
3.Tech-Driven Infrastructure: Establish regional Digital Examination Hubs in rural and tier-2/3 districts to bridge the digital gap for candidates.

Employment and Entrepreneurship: Encourage startups, MSMEs, rural enterprises, and AI-driven industries to create sustainable employment opportunities for young people.
Agriculture and Rural Development: Support farmers through modern technology, climate-resilient farming, better irrigation, value addition, and improved market access.
Technology and Artificial Intelligence: Promote responsible AI, cybersecurity, semiconductor manufacturing, digital governance, and innovation while ensuring ethical and inclusive use of technology.
Women's Empowerment: Expand opportunities for women in education, leadership, entrepreneurship, STEM, and public service while ensuring safety and equal participation.
Environmental Sustainability: Highlight renewable energy, water conservation, waste management, afforestation.

Pranams Modiji,
This is Suneetha, faculty from Visakhapatnam.
Modiji, I would like you to speak on Swami Vivekananda and how his teachings would help us achieve Viksit Bharat@2047 in the Independence Day – Aug 15th, 2026 Episode.
Also I have this suggestion – Modiji – Please include Swami Vivekananda Educational Philosophy in the curriculum of every school and college in India , as only morally upright youth can take India to the top of the world. I think this can also be a solution to the increasing number of student suicides happening in the country.
Swami Vivekananda says, “ Education is the manifestation of perfection already in man” and with his timeless message in Indian Educational curriculum, the youth of the country will become perfect , helping to achieve every Indian’s dream - Viksit Bharat @2047 . Jai Hind
Thank you Modiji.

Sir, huge respect for what you do. 🙏
For the youth, I request you talk a little about the most vulnerable and forgotten youth...those who are orphans and have no families and for whom a govt like yours is their only guardian and hope...they need your support. These care leavers often become unemployed homeless take to crime or go for prostituition because there is no one to guide them...under the Mission Vatsalya there isbsupport for them and MWCD is also doing a lot, but a few lines to them from you will give them hope, something they do not have now. You had earlier said IAS officers must become mentors to vulnerable youth but most DMs do not even know how many care leavers live in their districts. These numbers are handful but still each one is a citizen and have lived in child care institutions and so much money invested in them when they were children.if we forget them in their youth days they will fall in wrong hands and get exploited.
