About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

How much percentage of cases CPGRAMS ended with the redress of grievance, and how much percentage of cases ended with referral and disposes off with out redress of grievances. The utility of the department will be understood by every body. I think at the present condition of working attitude of CPGRAMS, there is no use of this department, only wastage of public money. Immediate action should be taken by Govt. and make this department accountable.

As my opinion, a Toll-free no. should be genrate and advertised all over or 24 hour customer care service for genrate complaint and there are one week time to execute the problem shortout and after display the result online on a common site.

Honble PM Bhai I as CA and an economic engineer sincerely request your honour to leave politics aside, focus on strengthening economic and unemployment front. Really we are in deep trouble. Take ground report every citizen is crying for better earning basics n good living standard. This is possible by strengthening HEALTH N EDUCATION system as a whole. With lot of regards n love from the land of THE ALMIGHTY LORD JAGANNATH.

In addition to my earlier comments, there must be a provision to reopen the Grievance, and TAT to be counted from first Grievance , if the concerned department found faulty in addressing genuine grievance

Most of complaint system lack of faith by complainant ...we need to maintain credibility of platforms also...some complaints are false also tot harrass so always needed proper investigation...regards

On complaint no one should be under pressure of departmental channel...after due procedure if one is not satisfied then he should have all channels open to take help as his or her choices

Police should take video and photographs of crime sites and it should be recorded online to govt database so that evidences may not be destroyed....it will be good for speedy trial..

Dear PM Modi #SOS We r homebuyers in HDIL's multiple projects in Mumbai. V booked flat in 2010 and later. V paid to bldr 75lac+ on demand bt no poss for 10 years now. V paying rent n loan EMI every month. V paid various type of taxes while buid stil under const. 1. V don hv patience n money to go to court for poss. Pls intervene and ensure poss to us. 2.stop collecting taxes on under const bldg. 3. wave off our taxes n refund as compensation as bldg. delayed.
