About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

First gravience office should be conducted not only country level but also city,district ,rural,urban and village level to immidiate solve public gravience .

And the video recorded would be directly stored in the government system with proper details . Many such features can be added which will definetly help to reduce crimes and also help in speedy investigation & provide justice to the victims quickly.

There should be Pan India app for Police Service with live video recording facility with exact time and location which could be further used as a proper proof of crime . So that the accused cannot evade punishment easily be misrepresenting facts and the victims would get justice soon. Some more features could be added like emergency button in the app which would provide exact location of the victim and would automatically turn on the microphone and the camera of the cell phone .

Respected Sir,
A new system of grievance must be adopted. Grievances of civil servants should be reported to the Committee of Non-Public Servants or People. Government administration should listen to the grievances of the public servants. If government employees are deficient, it will affect the people. Public servants will not tell the whole truth if asked by superiors. Therefore, the task of solving the grievances of civil servants is to be done by a group of people.
