About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

Objective
• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

The betterment efforts by govt and private companies are getting disappeared in large population increasing senselessly. Time has come to stop this population growth by hard efforts, even those actions which the large population contributers may oppose. If BJP is afraid to loose in next election due to hard preventive actions, it should install large award schemes to those having only one child and two children in lower middle class and poor families in metros and large cities.

Feedback system for every office in administrative set up from lower to upper and upper to lower both way should be incorporated.higher authority should give reply of every applications if any solutions can not be done.

आदरणीय मोदी जी प्रणाम, मेरा सुझाव है की अधिकार के साथ जबाबदेही भी आवश्यक है किन्तु आज ज्यादातर सरकारी कर्मचारी अपने अधिकार का उपयोग तो करते है किन्तु जिम्मेवारियो का निर्वहन उसी निष्ठां से नहीं करते, ऐसे में आमजन को कठनाइयो का सामना करना पड़ता है|मेरे अनुसार हर कर्मचारी या अधिकारी को जिस सपष्टता के साथ कार्य दिया जाता है उसका अधिकार और जबाबदेही भी उसी सपष्टता के साथ दिया जाए और चुक होने पर उसे सजा भी बिना देरी के दिया जाए तब रामराज्य की कल्पना धरातल पर उतर सकेगी| एक उदाहरण तस्वीर से सपष्ट होगी

Hi Sir, Please do something about providing equal and quality education for children in primary and secondary education.... Parents had to shell out so much money for basic school education... while in other countries only for college parents have to spend higher fees... while in India even for primary and secondary education we spend in lakhs per year...

Regarding direct benifit to tax payers.

There are lots of benifit given by govt to every citizen of india but i think there should be some benifit which is direct to tax payers.
In my opinion Health of the population is utmost important,so why not to give the health insurance to the tax payers for sum assured equal to the amount for which tax was paid.
I am sure By this we can definitely increase the number of tax payers.

Respected Prime minister of India
Shri Narendra Modi.

I am orthopaedic surgeon working in private  hospital which is empanaled with Aushuman Bharat yojana.
What i found over period of time after treating lots of ayushuman Patient, there are big number of population who actually need this benifit there name is not there in the list but there are another rich group of people who actually dont required ayushuman yojna is listed.
The list must be updated according to new census to benefit who needs
