A web based Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) has been designed and implemented in all the Ministries / Departments of Government of India. A customized software with local language interface has also been designed for the state governments. This software is called CPGRAMS - States
Wide awareness campaign should be allowed to reach to unreachable about the benefits of grievence. Seminars, Workshops and sharing are promoted national wide for further amendments. Grievence addressal should be people oriented and benefits of community. Grievence issues with a mass move should be noticed for future reference and desired reformation. People participation in the event is highly recommend. Grievence addressal should be spread wide about the benefits out of the program. People part
Just make the portals to easily to use. Should have to be aware everyone about it. As the contact emails are given in those portals, many of people don't know how to use that. Provide a toll-free number to contact. Add a information bot on call as 'UIDAI Aadhar' provides to assist.

This needs a team, which includes a system managers, 1 each from all States of India. They should be assisted by a call center, who take down the complaints, which are forwarded to segregators, who send the complaints to concerned system managers. The S. Manager then forward the complaint to concerned authority & most importantly, follow them up to get the solution.
So overall 1 Head System Manager, 36 system managers, at least 10 segregated to start with & at least 20 call center employee.
