About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Honest and swelling police administration is the solution to all problems.If this department is not right, it is impossible to do any work properly.I love my country very much and I do not see its status.

Once a grievance is filed, accepted and assigned to a particular department, they shall provide the target date for taking action.
In case they delayed, they shall inform a revised date with proper reason for the delay. If they hadn't informed the revised date before the earlier target date, this shall be brought to the knowledge of higher level of hirarchy.

For example one grievance of mine 850 plus times i complained to 150 plus people it is almost 8 years old and yet not solved, it is regarding a foot path from Dr AIT College to Kengunte Circle in Bengaluru, 50,000 people struggle to walk on a non existing footpath

The public grievances portal maintained by citizen For all grievances a solution find and forward to concern official to solve the grievances Individual grievances are also taken up and solution given The grievances portal management must have well knowledge people and have resource to get require knowledge Instead of reply like request suggestion policy matter a solution must find for all grievances satisfy both concern

What i found is all grievances they will just dismiss it, for them none of the relevance they feel is relevant, except grievance sent by politicians, Judges, VIPs

Autonomous bodies like ICAR and institute must be brought under the preview as these institutes are under complete control of scientist lobbies and employees working in all other caders may it be Technical, Administrative or supporting staff are suffering a lot as the committee constituted for any inquiry on;ly have scientists or employees under the influence of the authority. please devise any method to make the inquiries transparent

Apart from submitting greivances online. Please conduct town hall like sessions monthly, so that many people become aware of the communication channel for their grievances. Please do this town hall session Taluk wise by CEO of tahashildar and collaborate with them and collect digest of grievances without modification in digitally signed read mode pdf. Secondly if possible record complaint in video too. Finally please put deadline for resolution of each grievances

the visible can be reformed easily but the invisible (s) such as education which is the backbone for the nation building; it has 3 pillars Teaching, Learning & Evaluation. the first two have emphasized while the third one (Evaluation) which is integral part of the whole education system has been ignored much. the hon'ble govt. should focus on the third important part. so the whole education system which has established by spending huge public money, should give its outcome. thank you

Before 2014 the PMO responding very least, ofter that has changed, now The PMO responding immediately and they're giving acknowledgement also, I written 44 pleas to PMO since 2014, I got receipt each time and referring to concern department,all central departments are working punctual and conscious,so I think after Independence any Govt is not given good service to our Nation,so PMO is giving good and great work.
