About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Respected sir,
My humble suggestion is that the grievance /complaint must not be forwarded /sent to the office against which the grievance/complaint is made .

small business entrepreneurs r now in stress.how they will survive .due to poor finance they r facing problems particularly bankrupted, since according to Gandhian economic policy they're backbones of nation. dear PM kindly help them. ensuring new rejounvate policies for upliftment them.apart from mudara loans or some up them becomes NP account. kindly do for them.they will ever remember u and government policy

it's a very positive step towards ensuring citizens justice ...but there is lack of awareness as regards the existence of such a facility and even if the complaint is written ..there is no response whatsoever...the issues must be addressed to in a specific timeframe and satisfy the citizen who is troubled...only then the purpose of the whole system set up...is served.

everything should be given a max shelf life so that user will be confident that within this time grievance will be attended. in current system, more than half the users are not reporting grievances because there is a general feel of this being a sarkari system which might take infinite time to get attended.

It think it's highly ineffective as the complaint gets forwarded from one desk to another, nobody takes responsibility and the matter just gets stuck, there is no accountability.
A senior citizen with defence background has faced a similar situation, writing on the Portal but without any result.
on calling the given number on the portal, the concerned person in the central govt ministry barged at the person asking her to go to court instead.
Shame ! Ex defence personal has to go through this.
