1.Grievence cell 2. public opinions 3.voice and sharings on a social issues and solution to the issues by the people by themselves. National grievance cell should be headed by A member of parliament and state wise District collectors should be assigned on the process. People voice and opinions on a issue is pave to a mass movement leaders to a constructive criticism on National Park. In each community there must be a grievence cell to address gram Panchayat and GP has report to block.

First and foremost thing that grievances must not be closed untill and unless it's resolved. They must be tracked and must closeable or resolvable only by complainant, if not it must be reopenable with valid reasons...

we need have a public grievance ministry or a separate portfolio under HRD ministry or home ministry to tackle this with a special secretary and a corporate style customer support handling and management of issues. also can collect a minimum of rupees 1-10 for this from customer or grievance raiser.

All departments should have similar IT cell to address the issues. If these departments take responses directly thru emails, phone numbers, or apps then the pressure of public grievances on Namo app will reduce greatly and enhance more direct communication with the people about various issues.
