About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

Objective
• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Respected Sir,
Please give some focus on Skills India yojana. Because 90% center of PMKVY does not focus on knowledge. It collects only money. It's a very major problem for India's future. Please do something about this.

प्रिय प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी
आज देश के सरकारी स्कूलों की स्थिति बहुत खराब है
अच्छे शिक्षक नही है
गैर सरकारी स्कूलों को बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा
यह न्याय नही है पैसे से शिक्षा खरीदी नही जानी चाहिये।
नही तो गरीब कभी आगे नही बढ़ सकता ये हमारे मौलिकअधिकारों के विरुद्ध है । समान शिक्षा सभी देश मे एक पैटर्न हो सब वही पड़े । कही भेदभाव न हो
कोचिंग संस्थानों को बन्द कराना चाहिए ये बच्चो को अपाहिज बना रही हैं एग्जाम को clear करने के लिए रात दिन रटवाते । ये कौन सा ज्ञान है बच्चों का भाविष्य ख़तरे में है

Respected Sir,
Kindly think about the fact that poor childrens (age: 6-12years)working in fields and small scale factories.
If we start the project of Government Movable Schools,then probably the literacy rate all-over India increase.
There are following few points to discuss:
>Govt. Movable school can be consist of one teacher and one driver of bus.
>This school can provide good education and mid-day meal to poor childrens.
>This project can give employment to many unemployed peoples.

Hyderabad gang rape and then burning the body of victim Dr.Priyanka Reddy is a shame for the Nation.This sort of activity is kept on repeating in an increasing manner.So to stop this gruesome and barbarous crime, please implement stricter laws that can give the victim justice and not a single individual in our country will dare to do the same in the future.If it delay then “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao ’’ will lose its value. When women are not safe in a country, definitely development will stop.

Respected Sir,A toll free number and a mobile app should be introduced to register public grivance .For unlawful misguiding explanation against a quary the respective person should be punished.

Information against railways staff misbehaving

After booked the reservation ticket against my traveling, I have entered platform for easy pass to my home that time your ticket examiner hold me and asked me ticket. I informed him I'm coming here for booking reservation ticket and I showed my booked reservation ticket with me.. But its unfortunate that your staff treat me as an I'm criminal??? I'm not asking about the fine which are I paid... I need justice against the misbehaving..

For fruitful result of CPGRAMS a coordination is needed between CVC , CPGRAMS and LOKADALAT.

At first display the portal name at all govt departments right at the entrance in English as well as local languages and also make it visible in all application forms so that people can seek redrasal and also mention the time frame in which they can seek them. For example if an application or problem is not addressed in a month then the concerned person can forward the complaint in the web portal. Secondly some amount of secreasy has to be maintained regarding the person making the complaint.

Curruption free: Make a squad of people, send them to bank for opening account, send them passport office for getting passport, send them to municipal office for Aadhar card, send them to police station to make complaints, you will come to know what is going on.
I can assure you everybody will get some new ideas of corruption going on in the system.
