About CPGRAMS ...
I would like to give some suggestions regarding this
there should be someone appointed to see it everyday public grievances are to be monitored everyday at regular intervals
when public grievance is heard there should be a message from government replying that they saw and read their grievance
public grievances should be categorised into several categories and subgroups to make it easier to post and read grievances
public grivence forum, public grivence committee comprising NGOs, CBOs headed by District collector and civil society members, MLA committee headed by MP and special Courts in each Tahasil is important. Public grivence process is in a open form and it a integrative approach to settle grivences if needs pave to mass movement mY a gist to international grivence option. It inspire more people participation in the grivence process and more people participation in politics and political rights. It mo
Currently, Delhi is suffering from major Air pollution. Hazardous air pollutants contaminated the air in delhi. But this was not done overnight. This was a slow poison for delhi. and now i am concerned for my City or more currectly my Country that pollution emmission from vehicles is increasing at a very fast pace. I want to contribute my efforts in the wellbeing of the nature. Because if we cant save the air we breathe. We are digging our own graves.
This is a major issue.
अब समय आ गया है देश 20 बड़े शहरो में कृतिम बारिश का इंतज़ाम जितनी जल्दी हो कर लिया जाये
CPGRAMS is a Good ideal platform for Grievance management. Vision is Good.
BUT due to Non Accountability and lack of Deterrent for public servant has largely diluted the entire system.
Fix Time bounded Accountability for Babus
Reminders should be directly dealt by PMO.
The three things that we can improve are,
1. Better coordination among Govts, departments and administrations. Centre, State and District administration need to work together.
2. Better awareness generation. So many people don't even know about this wonderful mechanism.
3. Focusing on solving issues related to education sector and service sector. State Govt educational institutes have a lot of issues, but as they are in the system, they can't really complain or address their issues to Centre.
Healthcare
Yesterday viewed documentary on English news channel about Taiwan's Healthcare system. All hospitals, clinics/ GPs are linked. All citizens have health card & Doctor have their own cards. All medical records are centralized. Patients can visit any hospital/doctor and doctor put his card and patient card into card reader to access medical record of patient for treatment. In India also, healthcare (low cost, high quality, lowest waiting time) shud b improved for common person.
Respected PM Ji,
I think citizens are more awareness than before and expected they will get grievance in any public issues. I may point out that, in this juncture, importance may be given in financial dealing procedure by banks etc as their own discretion. Keep sufficient currency in ATM and; avoid imposing fine in fall minimum balance in SB account by lay people. 2) Redressal relating state govt., need
follow-up by the central authority. Fall in
PM's schemes viewed seriously. Thanks.
