About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Nation is celebrating Vigilance Awareness Week being birthday of Iron-man Shri Vallav Bhai Patel. It is interesting that the grievance /complaint closed by the authority against whom complaint is lodged. CPGRAMS who is controlling the complain may pull such govt dept if such complain closed. It is unfortunate that the dept is BLUFFING the PMO and they have the guts as they are aware that there is no system of accountability of penalizing the officer who had closed the case and misled PMO.

Time Bound Solution be must by Complainte , Copy of Response and Result must be issued through CPGRAMS nodel officer. Positive or Negative Remark/Reward system must

While complaint on CPGRAMS, I feel that it's like whistel blowing and may boomerang to the complainer.
I have used the above portal and I have received a positive results. The Govt official are vigelent and prompt actions are taken. Still more to be done as only 5% of Indian population are learned, there for audio complain recorder is recommended.
The complaint is to be taken in positive sence to improve the scenario. Thanks and regards,

abhi desh me financial problem chal raha hai public pareshan hai mujhe lagta hai abhi sarkar ko janta ke bare me sochna chahiye .or main yehi suggestion dunga ki sab se pahle garib log or chhote chhote business man ko help karni chahiye sarkar ko.bazzar me paisa hi nahi hai eske wojah se bahoot garib pareshan hai.kiyu ki bade log bade market me jakar marketing kar tha garib jo marketing karta chhote chhote dukan se leking abhi garib logo ke pas paisa hi nahi hai...sarkar ko chhote logo ke liye

I superannuated from DVC,Kolkata-54 under Power Deptt. Govt.of India on 31.01 2012 but till date I have not paid a portion of 7th pay commission option 2 formula till date the reason of which is best known to the management of DVC. I have been sending mails to Chairman ,DVc but no action is yet taken. My PPO no.no.20492.

CPGRAMS WORKS AS Dispatching Office. And complaint closing rights to Accussed firms, They give false Information and grievances closed. Is it good Governance? .
So do not give Grievance closed rights to Accused persons and Firms, Only take explaination from Them.

It is really a good move to create a platform for public grievances.Government should plan for different tables for every category of grievences.Time limit needs to be decided for solving the grievence.
