Like PUC (Pollution Under Control) norms for Vehicles, India needs WUC (Waterflow under Control) norms to restrict flow in UrbanTaps from currrent 12-18 LPM(Liters per minute) to required 3-6LPM for Handwash/Utensils wash Taps.
This will save over a Billion liters per day in each city/town at an affordable cost of less than Rs 100 per tap.

It is such a good platform given by Govt and ensuring transparency now need better and timely resolution.
Lot of work to do - hire more and more youth (on roll or temporary/ contract basis) and address big issue of Unemployment. The salary they earn and spend within country will HELP COUNTRY'S ECO CYCLE only. Till that time take services of retired officials voluntary with or without money.
Once the grievances are minimized - use this platform for Innovation, planning, building nation.

Honourable PM Sir,
Its good to see the government taking initiatives for its citizens in almost all sectors of life. However, the problem of Delhi's increased air pollution levels due to stubble burning needs to be addressed immediately. An initiative form the Central government can really help take up this matter in a more systematic manner and help get respite for the citizens in the capital city and adjoining areas. Increased awareness among farmers is one big step towards solving it.

The Portal should have broad Categories, so that complaints pertaining to similar problems can be compartmented and the response may often be applicable to a large number of grievances.
In such a large population, it is difficult for the Govt to respond.
It will also let citizens see that many persons are complaining about the same problem.
