About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Hello sir,

I noticed at many restaurants people waste lot of food every day. We should bring some kind of law to control it. Why can’t we start bringing rule like no buffet food in India? At buffet people just get food and throw it. It will be a good initiative and help in saving food.

There are many other approaches in saving food.

At this condition CPGRAM is like a paper made tiger or better say tiger without teeth and nail. This important department of a democratic country like India only referring cases to the concern department and disposes off the case no initiative of solution of grievance is seen. I myself is victim of ill justice from railway department I wrote to CPGRAM but unfortunately the case was referred to railway dept. without evaluating the merit of the case and ultimately disposed off without result.

Dear prime minister sir this is good move by our side bcoz lot of people like also aged people so much problem facing this is good move bcoz any responsbile govt employees work not properly then directly action on this employees thanks for the good move by Cpgrams grievances

Plzz modi ji BJP govt. A humble request to you kindly open death dependency vacancy of uttarakhand parivahan nigam since 2014.before 2014 vacancy was open but still 5 year totally closed by govt of Uttrakhand so request from all the dependent children's

The public grievances should be priorities in category form children, senior citizen, disable/ESRD person complaints in one side and youth women and men complaint other side, Timeline and Resolution can be fruitful for department & complainer, Special Team for Monitoring every activity would result in Streamlining the Management of Public Grievances on CPGRAMS Portal

The ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in) is a fantastic judgement of work where customers can provide there complain regarding the problem they are facing from the departments inner depth.not only this but a perfect way will be in the hands of the INDIAN citizens to utilize there time in a perfect place if the work is not completed by any of the officer in time.
