About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Sir mehbani karke reservation uni logonko dijiyega jo deserve karte hai, jo mere father ke sath kam karte hai unne Or mere father ko same salary hai phir bhi use reservation hai or mujhe puri fees bharni padti hai.

6. The Govt. should ask that person to know about the issue is resolved or not through the online website.

The CPGRAMS portal should not act like any typical govt department. It should act in a cohesive, transparent and truly sympathatic manner. Any one approaching this window must always get due, timely and reasonably justifiable treatment. The 'officials' manning such a key portal, should be fully empowered to act independently, judiciously and whole heartedly (read: be kind hearted) too. This portal should dispose of the people's grievances in a time bound manner like any Citizen Charter. Thanks!

The public grievance which is collected through online by GoI is very Usefulness.
lt is suggested that
1.for all citizens have only one Grievance Redressal online website where all citizens can register their any grievance.
