Public grievance system is good for solutions but this data should be used for route cause analysis so that flaws of system can be rectified and new systems can be established for better service.
Government can do survey about various service through these portal and can find out what are the maximum reported problem, then route cause analysis can be done to find possible solutions for the problem.

CPGRAMS : Very good portal for people,but large number of people dont know about this portal,make advertisement in newspaper,radio specially young people because its way to stop corruptions ,and give details to file complain in CPGRAMS APP AND WEB , against department ,

because i filed more then 6 complain all are solved within week .
