About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

Objective
• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Need Grievance tracking facility on CPGRAMS Portal,
example
if a product purchase on online, they provide a courier tracking, now where the product is, and delivery time, and updated every time.
Like the same what kind of action taken against the Grievance, Now where it is?, what process going on against the Grievance...etc.... and finely problem solved then it's closed.
all are in open platform, this provide good mind set to who submit the Grievance, and give a good name to CPGRAMS Portal

Stock brokers like... Karvy has done a massive scam of pledging stocks owned by their clients.
Pledging of securites by promoter and brokers should not be allowed under any circumstances if its listed in the stock exchange.

Feckless CPGRAMS, partisan Police, compromised Ministry of Human Resources Development Officers. That's the story. Grievance is closed and the Human Resources Development Officer is not held accountable for not taking ANY ACTION to remove STALKERS from the NITK Senate despite the tragic Death of NITK Student Anand Pathak.

The first job should be make this initiative popular with ads.

the second job is to inform the public that grievences are addressed when reported. today there is very little faith on this scheme.

third, make people report through multiple platforms (other than existing platforms)

last but the most important - ask the officers to update the complainant of the progress every week.

Sir,
I hereby request you to take this guidelines off from SEBI,
All stock brokers should be told that, investors and traders are not liable for losses happened due to the software issues. They should take insurance for this risk.. We cannot take every risk and make us liable for everything.
Sir it's very difficult for us even in 2019 the brokers, NSE, SEBI says investors and traders itself is responsible for software issues.... This should be removed and charged to who is responsible.
