The influential person may be Politically/ Public figure should not be spared. These people are the main viruses of the society who actually spoiling the law and order and attracting Road accidents.

Within City/ Township/ Urban populate places the speed control should be governed strictly. If required, Speed Governing Mechanism should be implemented by Govt.
Auto driving should be strictly maintained by the concerned authority. If someone would try to influence not to take action against Auto, whoever he/ she may be, the concerned authority should give authority to the prosecuting officer to Shoot the man to maintain the law and order of the place.

If any POLICE man/ Govt Employee found guilty for this he should be fired from the service without looking any circumstances.

Any kind of Two Wheelers/ Three Wheelers must be banned between 11 pm to 6 am on Highways/ Expressways.

Any kind of Goods Vehicles should move only by the left side of the roads in Highway/ Expressway to properly keep the mobility of the faster moving vehicles. Unauthorized overtaking should be severely penalised.

Overloading of Goods, Over dimensions of Loads should be strictly banned without any approval of M. V. I. Or Proper authority. These vehicles are the root cause of damaging roads in India. Severe action should be taken against the vehicle.

Any kind of Battery Rickshaw/ E-Rickshaw/ unauthorized Motor vans/ Bicycles/ Human pulled Rickshaw/ Vans should be heavily penalised if found on Highways/ Express Ways. These slow vehicles attract accidents.

Any cattle/ domestic animals roaming around the roads if found the owner should be heavily penalised because 99% of road accidents occur due to cattle in India.

Indian M.V. Act should be amended as,

In City/ Township/ Urban area any kind of vehicle strictly not use high beam headlights during driving except Highways & Express Ways, this attracts accidents due to non visibility of the drivers.

Except headlights only use of fog lights maximum 2 (two) numbers (Not LED/ Diode lights/ Beamers/ Blue/ Blueish) should be allowed during driving by the highways/ expressways.

Sir Namaskar, I have a suggestion to make that the daily waste genrated in every household, market etc can be recycled for the generation of power as it is been done in Singapore. The waste is managed in such a way that no toxicants are emmited in atmosphere and the air which is released in atmosphere is also gets treated. It will work in dual manner first the waste will vanish from our roads and heaps from the outskirts of our cities clean and by airtreatmen the environment will also get clean.
