भारतीय चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट्स संस्थान (आईसीएआई), MyGov के सहयोग से, देशभर के नागरिकों को "कोई विचार है? आईसीएआई के साथ साझा करें" पहल के अंतर्गत अपने रचनात्मक सुझाव एवं नवाचारपूर्ण विचार साझा करने के लिए आमंत्रित करता है।
यह पहल नागरिकों, पेशेवरों, विद्यार्थियों, उद्यमियों तथा अन्य हितधारकों को भारतीय चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट्स संस्थान (आईसीएआई), चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंसी पेशे तथा भारत की वित्तीय एवं आर्थिक व्यवस्था को और अधिक सुदृढ़ बनाने हेतु अपने मूल्यवान विचार एवं सुझाव प्रस्तुत करने का अवसर प्रदान करती है।
प्रतिभागियों को चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंसी पेशे को सशक्त बनाने, आर्थिक विकास को बढ़ावा देने, पारदर्शिता एवं सुशासन को प्रोत्साहित करने, प्रौद्योगिकी एवं नवाचार के प्रभावी उपयोग, वित्तीय साक्षरता को बढ़ाने, उद्यमिता को प्रोत्साहित करने तथा विकसित भारत @2047 के लक्ष्य को साकार करने जैसे विषयों पर अपने सुझाव साझा करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाता है।
इस पहल का उद्देश्य सार्थक जनभागीदारी को बढ़ावा देना तथा विविध दृष्टिकोणों एवं नवाचारपूर्ण विचारों का लाभ उठाकर चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंसी पेशे को अधिक सशक्त, पारदर्शी, नवोन्मेषी एवं भविष्य के लिए तैयार बनाना है, साथ ही देश के लिए समावेशी, सुदृढ़ एवं टिकाऊ वित्तीय पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र के निर्माण में योगदान देना है।

Some of the Professionals submitting claints returns through the other Private Softwares not through original Income Tax excel utility. Some times this softwares not updating and the filing people file return without updating.. This may be cause defect return and notice will be issued for resubmit with additional demands or reverse their refund with interest and other charges.
ICAI should advise their members to submit clients returns with update from Income Tax and to use Original Income Tax Softwares download from Income tax portal.

Unlocking India’s Clean Cooking Carbon Credits through Article 6 and CORSIA
India has an opportunity to convert clean cooking achievements into foreign exchange rural investment employment and tax revenues by enabling eligible Indian Improved Cookstove ICS projects under recognised standards such as Gold Standard to obtain Letters of Authorisation LOAs under Article 6 of the Paris Agreement
Countries like Rwanda Malawi Nigeria and DRC Bhutan have already authorised clean cooking projects under Article 6
Indian ICS developers have invested significantly in reducing emissions while delivering social and environmental benefits
With appropriate Government authorisation and ICAO compliance qualifying credits could access international demand
This can generate foreign exchange rural investment employment and tax revenues without Government subsidy or expenditure while India retains control through eligibility authorisation volume limits registry tracking and corresponding adjustments

Subject: National Enterprise Freedom Framework (NEFF) — Policy Proposal
I respectfully submit NEFF, an independently prepared policy and legislative reform proposal for India’s enterprise ecosystem. It proposes a unified, technologically neutral framework for enterprise formation, governance, ownership, capital, taxation and the enterprise lifecycle, while preserving legitimate regulatory safeguards.
I request that the proposal be considered as a constructive policy input and referred, where appropriate, to the competent authorities for examination through established Government processes.
This submission is solely a policy proposal and does not represent enacted law or official Government policy.

I would like to submit a strategic proposal for consideration by the Government of India for significantly increasing India’s exports and creating a strong export-oriented mindset among Indian businesses, manufacturers, farmers, MSMEs and young entrepreneurs.
India has the potential to become one of the world's leading exporting nations. However, many small manufacturers, MSMEs and entrepreneurs still face difficulties related to international market knowledge, export procedures, logistics costs, overseas distribution, warehousing, market identification and payment realization.
I believe that a coordinated national strategy can address these challenges and create a much larger base of Indian exporters.

To champion Viksit Bharat @2047 and future-proof the CA profession, ICAI should establish a "Green & Digital Ledger Initiative" (GDLI)—a nationwide incubator and certification program integrating AI-driven ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) auditing with blockchain-secured financial reporting.
While AI automates compliance, verification standards for green bonds, carbon credits, and decentralized micro-entrepreneurship remain fragmented. ICAI can bridge this gap by launching:
AI Audit Sandboxes: Open-source platforms enabling students and professionals to pilot predictive fraud analytics and automated tax-compliance models for MSMEs.
Green Accounting Standards: Standardized frameworks allowing CAs to verify corporate sustainability claims, preventing greenwashing and driving green capital into the economy.
Rural Financial Literacy Hubs: Micro-ventures where young professionals partner with local entrepreneurs to digitize grassroots accounting and build financial resilience

Respected Prime Minister Sir, I would like to suggest a citizen-led technology initiative called GIGENTRA for India’s growing gig and platform workforce. Today, millions of people depend on delivery, mobility, e-commerce and other platform services, while workers face challenges related to road safety, delivery pressure, vehicle issues, extreme weather, account actions, grievances and social-security access. GIGENTRA proposes a digital trust and accountability layer connecting worker and vehicle verification, assignment tracking, Assignment Lock, controlled emergency substitution, customer verification, grievance and appeal mechanisms, audit trails and privacy-conscious analytics. The idea is not to replace existing Government systems such as e-Shram or statutory authorities, but to complement them through authorised interoperability and better operational traceability. I have developed an MVP prototype demonstrating these workflows. It's my request pls look at the files
