Honourable Prime Minister,
I respectfully request consideration of a citizen-friendly telecom policy. Mobile numbers are now linked to banking, UPI, Aadhaar, PAN, PF, pensions, and government services. When inactive numbers are reallocated, citizens face risks of fraud, OTP misuse, and loss of access to essential services.
Kindly consider lifetime retention of one Aadhaar-linked mobile number per citizen, affordable call-only plans for senior citizens and low-income users, free incoming service

I respectfully request stronger protection for long-serving private sector employees. Employees terminated close to retirement age often face severe hardship due to limited re-employment opportunities. Kindly consider legislation requiring employers to provide substantial compensation, including salary protection up to retirement age or an equivalent formula, when separating senior employees without proven misconduct. Such a measure would promote fairness, dignity.

Introduce SMS/email alerts after BLO verification, display sample forms, provide adequate revision timelines, and include Part Number and Roll Number on EPIC cards. Secure biometric validation and stronger digital tracking can prevent wrongful deletions and enhance public trust in India's democracy.
