Introduce a citizenship card that can contain all information about the card holder related to all central and state government, banks, medical etc. It should end the need for multiple documents in the name of same citizen. It may be designed like the card in UAE etc. Basis for the card be aadhaar data. This will enable availability of information, transperancy, redistribution of manpower, savings in infrastructure etc. For kind consideration please.

Therefore, there should be a QR code for every vehicle that, when scanned, allows the owner to be called. The system should be designed so that the call goes through without revealing the owner's phone number publicly. This would significantly reduce parking-related disputes. Thank you.

I request you to discuss this and implement a structured framework to regulate what information is produced and consumed online, ensuring our youth remain protected, productive, and proactive.

Getting NOC for vehicle is to be obtained from registered RTO. Car owners may be allowed to apply for NOC for transfer of registration at the nearest RTO at their place of current residence. Process may be completed entirely online with no hard copy requirment. The RTO may ask for the vehicle to be produced for inspection. Getting NOC from registered RTO to current place of residence may be entrusted to the RTO at current place of residence with no need to visit initially registered RTO.

It would be best to fetch water from these wells by Government authorities through tanker and based on suitability supply this water to respective clients with required filtration process.
