Resp.PM, In the age of automation, the excessive labour involved in tyre inflation at petrol pumps needs to be done away with. The boy employed is from very low income group and he has to do 4 situps to fill 4 tyres of a car. I have invented a set of devices to solve this problem and received a patent at age 67.
The Govt can direct the oil companies to undertake a project to transform this activity and set an example for the world. It saves tonnes per annum of fuel also by reducing the queue.

Companies who are recruiting employees are not cutting EPF and if they cut epf they are cutting 3600 from employees salary instead of 12 percent of 15000 need to pay by employee and other part need to be deposited by the company. Also this companies are claiming for subsidies of 550 per employee to epf offices. This is white collar scam practising by companies. The govt and EPS offices need to investigate and fine such practices. Such companies are termites to the economy and inflation rises.

The pvt companirs are allowed to work with freedom that is good decision but this companies are taking advantages from the govt and cheating their employees. Companies are practising to cut epf from employees salary but companies are not contributing. Let say the employees has to deposit 12percent of 15000 but companies are cutting 3600 and not contributing to employees as per epf rule and companies are claiming subsidy from the govt of 550rupees per employee. Need to investigate and fine this.

I suggest introducing a smart bus travel system where passengers use a card linked to Aadhaar, along with a scanner and biometric authentication machine in buses. This can record who is traveling, on which bus, at what time, and up to which destination. It will improve security, transparency, digital governance, and help make citizens more technology-friendly.
