I would like to appreciate the improvements made by Railways in recent years. Trains like Vande Bharat and Rajdhani have made travel faster and more comfortable. However, I would like to raise serious concerns regarding difficulties faced by senior citizens during travel. The height difference between the coach and platform is very high. For senior citizens, getting down becomes extremely risky. While deboarding, there is fear of falling on the track, even have heard incidents happening too.

Some suggestions: 1. I saw EEMS ( employees engagement management system app) in internet( Digital India) . Similarly we can create career clusters where there is a gap or need of requirements in jobs. I mean a app can guide what are the career and need of people, various opportunities will guide youngsters to choose or knowing career. Please validate and take it.
