in order attract experience to the administration of the central govt. institutes /organizations , the age limit to apply against direct recruitment to the post carrying pay level-10 and above may kindly be enhanced upto 45 years or relaxation may be given to experienced officials upto 10 years . It will definitely boost the system .

सर मैने एक छोटासा लिफ्ट बनाया है जो ट्रेन मे बुड्ढे लोग होते है उनको दुसरी तिसरी बर्थ पर हॅंडीकॅप या बुडे होने के कारण चढते आता नही उनको चढणे मे बहुत तपली होती है उसके लिये मैने एक छोटीशी लिफ्ट बनाई है वो आपको मै भेज रहा हु इसके पहिले ये लीप मैने मेरे स्कूल से इन्स्पायर अवार्ड के इसमे भेजा था लेकिन उसमे सिलेक्शन नही हुआ है

Respected Sir, There is no need of plantation. If we increase water table by 1) rain water harvesting and 2) chain link check dams on rivers in india from its origin. water will be available for whole year for home use, agricultural use and for plants. This will decrease land heat also. i.e. practically increasing water table is the solution for many problems........

Free speech, free write, free publish are right of every citizen till it not against to anyone sentiments, caste, religion, colour, region, breed or language. There must be provision for high financial penalty & Claims from offenders. This will make citizens to be responsible before commenting any hatred speech. 90 percent crimes will stop by financial penalty and it will be increase govt treasury.
