Discipline in every individual citizen is the most important reqyurement for India to grow into a world leader. This has to be inculcated from a very young age starting at the KG level. Things like putting scrap and waste in designated bins, not spitting or littering the surroundings, maintains personal hygiene and following traffic discipline whether on a vehicle or walking. This has to be introduced in the education policy. Young minds need to be told about benefits to temselves and to society

1. In education, reservation should be with max 10% or 15% discount on marks of the last candidate from the open category. If there are no students with even this 10-15% lesser marks than the open category, those seats should be allotted to the open category student. 2. Like asking citizens to give up gas cylinders, even state and central sansads should be asked to give up 1 years's salary or 1 year's pension. 3. Just for 1 year or less, nobody should be promoted in any govt jobs.

I would request the PM to talk of Compassion and kindness. What we are seeing today is a compassion crisis. The way we are killing animals, not violence but surfeit violence all point towards people becoming psychopathic and sociopathic. We are destroying trees, forests, mountains, rivers and have forgotten how to live with other beings. We will pay for it. The story of sugarcane is an example of how in many ways karma works.
