Small retailers are facing declining profits, and many are being forced to leave their business, search for other work, or struggle to survive. This is also affecting local economies and, in some cases, pushing retailers to sell lower-quality products just to manage expenses. I respectfully request the Government to consider a Small Retailer Investment Scheme to help registered shopkeepers save, invest, and build financial security while strengthening the retail sector.

Some centralized Road condition reporting to be made accessible to all citizen to report across all the country which can be send to the concerned authority with clarity to take time bound action. The tool should be made easy to report with the location be automatically captured with GPS coordinates. The ticket should be generated and monitored for the closure of the issue. This can create ownership of the respective department and avoid bad road issues which are not take care for many days.

with respect to equality of labor in government and private jobs we should : 1) LTA claims every year 2) Gratuity tax free amount should be same 3) Payments for layoffs in private sector with AI should be tax free for employee to reduce the burden. it needs to be considered immediately with AI eating away jobs. 4) EPF pension to be at least 7k to 10k to have family at least able to eat 2 meals a day post retirement or layoffs (not all will receive ration immediately) 5) free medical like punjab

Namaste Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji, women safety is a big problem in our country so why not we put forward the implementation of "smart police booths" placed at crime hot spots, an sos button, 360 degree camera, 2-3 police with one female officer as a must, with 1 bike and to the booth and one office which tracks booth's activity, bike and answers sos button if police are out, this will unload the stress of H.Q, will increase employment in govt. jobs and will make people feel more safe.
