A policy advisory encouraging States to adopt such regulations can significantly boost employment and economic growth. I will request India have child protection helplines and appropriate escalation pathways to address child abuse neglect and safety concerns for children so we can support these vulnerable families at the grass root level before any significant trauma occurs. Identification of risk factors and availability of helpline to report children who have been abused or are suspected of being abused or neglected should be available for teachers and doctors and if possible general public
