प्रधानमंत्री जी प्रणाम। सामाजिक व्यवहार हमारे देश के लिए एक बड़ी चिंता का विषय है। इसे बहुत ही चतुराई से सुलझाया जाना चाहिए। मैं कुछ सुझाव देना चाहता हूँ। 1 संस्कार बचपन से ही शिक्षा के साथ-साथ दिए जाने चाहिए। 2 विद्यालय के पाठ्यक्रम में सामाजिक व्यवहार का एक अध्याय शामिल किया जाना चाहिए। 3 अच्छे सामाजिक व्यवहार के लिए माता-पिता की जिम्मेदारी तय की जानी चाहिए। 4 बच्चों को आध्यात्मिक और सामाजिक गतिविधियों से जोड़ा जाना चाहिए। 5 युवाओं को आपस में जोड़ने के लिए सामाजिक क्लब खोले जाने चाहिए।

Most Respected PMJI Vanakkam. My humble suggestions are as under 1) Kindly initiate deterrent steps to curb the offences relating to women and children. The District Collectors may be instructed to undertake regular and surprise inspections of Care Homes and Orphanages being run by Government and NGOs across the country. A safe and secure environment needs to be ensured for the inmates 2) Diseases such as TB and leprosy need to be eliminated across the country on a war footing.

Work-from-Home and Hybrid Work options for women in suitable government roles can significantly enhance women's participation in the workforce. Many administrative, training, counseling, data management, and support functions can be effectively performed remotely using digital tools. This initiative would help women balance professional and family responsibilities, reduce career breaks after maternity, and create opportunities for women in remote areas and those with disabilities.

The Indian education system is outdated. We produce graduates, but 90% are unemployable, and the rest migrate. This needs immediate attention. Please recruit 15 of the country's best psychologists: 5 child, 5 student, and 5 adult. Task the first two with creating a teaching system for schools and undergrads that preserves natural talents, and the third, group to design an examination system that properly evaluates teachers for this new approach.
