National Digital Skill Year Students above Class VIII should receive free training in emerging skills such as artificial intelligence, coding, cyber safety, video editing, and financial literacy. This would prepare young Indians for future careers and technological advancements.

Safe Night Transport for Girls and Women Public transport systems should include GPS-enabled buses, emergency buttons, improved street lighting, and trained female safety officers. These measures would enhance the safety and confidence of women and girls while traveling.

Farmer Biodiversity Bonus Farmers who cultivate native crops and adopt eco-friendly agricultural practices should receive financial incentives. This would help preserve soil fertility, protect pollinators and birds, and promote sustainable farming practices.

Plastic Return Reward System Citizens should be encouraged to return plastic waste to collection centers in exchange for digital reward points. These points could be redeemed for books, public transport tickets, or mobile recharges. This system would promote recycling and reduce plastic pollution.

No Child Left Behind Learning Centers Free evening learning centers should be established in villages and towns to provide academic support to children from economically weaker sections. College students and volunteers could contribute their time and knowledge, ensuring equal educational opportunities for all.

Rainwater Harvesting Law for New Buildings All newly constructed houses, schools, offices, and commercial buildings should be required to install rainwater harvesting systems. Such a law would conserve water, replenish groundwater reserves, and reduce water scarcity, especially in drought-prone regions.

National Animal Ambulance Helpline A dedicated toll-free emergency helpline for injured stray animals should be established across the country. Every district could have animal rescue vehicles, while veterinary colleges and NGOs could actively participate. This initiative would ensure timely treatment and protection of animals.

One Student – One Tree – One Lifetime Mission Under this initiative, every school student would plant one native tree and take responsibility for nurturing it throughout their school years. Each tree could be geo-tagged and monitored digitally, and students who successfully maintain their trees would receive certificates and awards. This mission would increase greenery and help combat climate change.

Respected sir, The PM Research Fellowship (PMRF) 2.0 was announced in the Union Budget 2025–26 on 1 February 2025, with a vision to support 10,000 research scholars through enhanced fellowships over five years. However, even after 16 months, the detailed guidelines and implementation timeline are yet to be released. As the new academic session begins in August, I kindly request attention to this matter so that aspiring researchers can benefit from this important initiative.
