Most citizens understand national goals emotionally, but many do not know how they can personally contribute towards achieving them. Therefore, I humbly propose launching a nationwide public awareness campaign around a simple message: "Every earning Indian should strive to continuously enhance his or her skills, productivity and entrepreneurship so as to progressively become capable of earning around ₹2 lakh per month (in 2047 value terms) by the year 2047." This is not merely an income target. It represents the creation of higher economic value through better education, skill development, innovation, entrepreneurship, manufacturing, exports, technology adoption and productive employment.
