Tune in to 136th Episode of Mann Ki Baat by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 26th July 2026
1 month 3 weeks ago

ModiJi, I feel very proud to have you as our prime minister. Swacch Bharath is such a good initiative. While I see few people follow rules, many people are so irresponsible and selfsih that they just throw garbage on road. See such dirty roads, our youth dont like to stay in India. We need to sensitize people aout it and bring out the awareness and responsibility in those who act irresponsible. Why are we not imposing fine for throwing garbage on road and also for spitting and urinating on roads? I think we need urgent action in this regard. If you talk about it even for 5mins, it will impact many people. And for people who still repeat the mistake, fine should be imposed. We can have volunteers in every area who can dedicate just 2hours in the morning and monitor those places. Please talk about keeping our surroundings clean and to behave responsibly and its importance. Jai Hind! Vande Mataram!

Cleanliness is a shared responsibility of every citizen. A major cause of pollution is the improper disposal of garbage in public places, roads, and rivers. Strict action should be taken against those who litter or dump waste illegally. Local authorities and the police should enforce anti-littering rules effectively, and appropriate penalties, such as fines and other legal action as provided by law, should be imposed to discourage such behavior. Public awareness and strict enforcement together can help keep our cities and rivers clean, protect the environment, and contribute to building a cleaner and stronger Viksit Bharat 2047.

Affordable healthcare is essential for building a Viksit Bharat 2047. Many patients face a heavy financial burden due to high and sometimes unclear charges in private hospitals. There should be greater transparency in medical billing, with clear and standardized pricing for common treatments and procedures. This would help patients understand costs in advance and reduce financial uncertainty. The issue deserves serious discussion and appropriate policy consideration so that quality healthcare remains accessible, fair, and affordable for every citizen.

A strong education system is the foundation of a Viksit Bharat 2047. While India has made progress in education, significant reforms are still needed. Many private schools charge very high fees, making quality education unaffordable for many families. In addition, parents are often required to purchase uniforms, books, and other materials only from the school, increasing the financial burden. There should be greater transparency and regular audits of private school fee structures to ensure fairness.
At the same time, government schools need better infrastructure, teaching quality, and learning outcomes so that parents can confidently choose them. Affordable, high-quality education for every child is essential to building a skilled, empowered, and developed India by 2047.

Sir in addition to my earlier suggestion already sent, I wish to request you Speech include On the Concept of Make In India by Indian Talents. We can not rely on foreign Technicians to produce in Indian Soil. It is We who have to gear up for the Role.. Our Education n training should match to take the responsibility or burden of the Nation. Developing ECo system through MSME by our young Talents is the need of the hour. Each Gen Z must dream to replace Chinese Manufacturers… We can produce items cheaper n better…,

In my opinion, the Indian Government has taken many positive steps for the country's development and is performing well in several areas. However, to strengthen Indian democracy and achieve the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, important reforms are still needed. The judiciary requires faster and more efficient justice delivery. The administrative system needs greater transparency and accountability to reduce corruption and improve public service. The media should uphold responsible, accurate, and unbiased journalism. Strengthening these key institutions will make democracy more effective and help build a stronger, more developed, and trustworthy India.

"Blender Pumps" at the retail level can be the perfect middle path for India's E20 rollout—oil companies reduce logistical headaches by managing only two variants, while consumers make their choice right at the individual pump, gently nudged toward E20 by proportional pricing and targeted cashback rewards.
Please see the attached proposal.

Respected Prime Minister, I am a student from Madhubani, Bihar. I have had the privilege of participating in State and National level Youth Parliament programmes, where I learned the importance of democracy, leadership, and public service. Based on this experience, I humbly suggest expanding Youth Parliament and leadership programmes to every district so that more students, especially from rural areas, can develop confidence, constitutional values, communication skills, and a spirit of nation-building. Such an initiative will help create informed, responsible, and capable young citizens for Viksit Bharat 2047. Thank you. Jai Hind!
