On 15th August every year, the Prime Minister speaks from the ramparts of the Red Fort and lays out the government's programmes and policies. Over the last few years, the Hon’ble Prime Minister has directly invited ideas and suggestions from citizens for the Independence Day Speech. Similarly, this year too the Prime Minister invites citizens to contribute their inputs for New India. So, now you have the opportunity to tell your ideas, give word to your suggestions and crystallize your vision. PM Narendra Modi may pick up some of the ideas in his speech on 15th August.

Respected Authorities, I am M.V. Bhargava Reddy my view on this project BMSGuard is a cybersecurity testbed for Battery Management Systems. A BMS depends on digital telemetry such as temperature, voltage, current and SOC, and this information can potentially be manipulated through communication attacks. We simulate a BMS and CAN network, inject controlled attacks such as telemetry spoofing, and compare the reported battery state with an expected battery state while analyzing the communication behaviour. The key idea is to correlate cyber and battery-state evidence to identify possible cyber-induced integrity violations. We use an ESP32 and Wi-Fi as an optional physical edge layer, but the core system is software-based and safely simulated.

Respected Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji,
On this 80th Independence Day, I suggest three key focus areas for Viksit Bharat:
Launch District Youth Skill & Innovation Centres for AI, coding, green tech, entrepreneurship and practical skills so every young Indian becomes job-ready and innovation-ready.
Start “One Citizen, One Innovation” movement – every Indian solves one local problem. Best ideas get mentorship and support.
Announce “One Good Habit for India” – save water, plant trees, reduce plastic, follow traffic rules, keep public places clean.
India’s real strength is its youth and 140 crore citizens. Channel both with discipline, and Viksit Bharat 2047 will become reality.
Jai Hind!

I respectfully request the Government of India to consider introducing a National Diabetes Care Card for every registered diabetes patient.
India already has diabetes programmes under NP-NCD and affordable medicines through Jan Aushadhi. The proposed card could integrate and strengthen these existing services.
Support should be based on medical need, not the same for every patient:
* Essential diabetes tablets and medicines
* Free insulin for patients who require it
* Glucose meters, strips and necessary testing
* HbA1c and essential investigations
* CGM for medically eligible patients
* Insulin pumps for medically eligible Type 1 patients and children
* Specialist consultation and follow-up
The Government could reduce costs through national bulk procurement and Indian manufacturing of insulin, medicines, glucose-monitoring devices, CGM sensors and pumps.
A digital card could connect eligible patients to benefits na

NATIONAL YUVA SHAKTI CARD
To:
The Hon’ble Prime Minister of India
Subject: Request to consider a National Yuva Shakti Card to identify, develop and support the skills and talents of India’s youth
Respected Sir/Madam,
I respectfully submit this policy suggestion for consideration by the Government of India.
India’s youth are one of the country’s greatest strengths. However, not every young Indian follows the same path. Some pursue higher education, while others have exceptional talent in sports, science, technology, arts, culture, skilled trades, agriculture, entrepreneurship and other fields.
Many talented young people are unable to develop their potential because of the cost of equipment, training, coaching, laboratories, travel, competitions and other opportunities.
I propose the creation of a National Yuva Shakti Card.
The basic principle
Identify talent → Assess skills → Develop

Today I would like to speak about the current situation of India and some important challenges that directly affect our society and our future. India is developing rapidly in technology, infrastructure and education, but true development is possible only when every citizen gets a safe, healthy and equal environment. First, trees and the environment are extremely important for our future because increasing pollution, deforestation and climate-related problems can affect our health and quality of life, so we must plant more trees, protect forests, reduce plastic and keep our surroundings clean. Second, education is the foundation of national development; every student should have access to quality education, good teachers, digital resources and practical skills, because education should not only provide marks or degrees but also develop confidence, creativity, critical thinking and responsibility. Third, health is equally important because a developed country needs healthy citizens.
