Hon’ble Prime Minister Sir, Please read my attached PDF with a little patience—not merely as another suggestion, but as the voice of an ordinary Indian who has thought about the nation since childhood. For more than ten years, I have been writing ideas and suggestions for the welfare, unity and progress of India.
