During my fieldwork and conversations with teachers, I found a clear gap-many rural teachers do not have consistent access to quality training, mentorship, relevant teaching resources, or opportunities to learn from fellow educators.Language barriers and limited internet connectivity often make this gap even wider. To address this problem, I designed Teach Forward as a simple, offline-friendly platform where teachers can access training resources, learn in a more localised way, connect with peers, and continuously develop their skills. My aim is to address a simple but important problem: a teacher’s location should never determine the quality of support and opportunities available to them.
