Giripremi, a pioneering mountaineering organisation, has developed a unique range of Adventure Education curricula, from 1-credit co-curricular courses to a 36-credit Diploma programme. With an exceptional legacy that includes 18 Mt. Everest summitters, 10 Kangchenjunga summitters and hundreds of accomplished mountaineers, Giripremi brings valuable field experience into structured education. Adventure Education is a powerful modern form of experiential learning. Through trekking, climbing and outdoor activities, students develop courage, physical fitness, discipline, leadership, teamwork and resilience. It also creates a deep connection with nature, encouraging environmental awareness and responsible citizenship. Exposure to India's mountains and wilderness can further strengthen patriotism and appreciation for our nation's natural heritage. Such programmes helps create a generation that is physically fit, mentally strong, courageous, environmentally aware and committed to the Nation

Dear Sir/ Ma'am I have served in the IAF for 39 years and four years of training before that. So, I am quite passionate about the service and the nation. There is no hidden agenda or interest in it.  May I request you to bring the content of my letter in notice of Honourable Prime Minister. I have explained the entire problem with a non military analogy. Given a chance, I can suggest an ideal solution which is not biased by any service interest, but focuses on the national interest. Best Wishes   Amit Air Marshal (Retd) 8800868325

Respected Modiji, Under your leadership, India have witnessed remarkable reforms over the past decade and is rightfully emerging as a global superpower, and in many areas surpassing, several developed Western nations. However, the experience of a salaried taxpayer is in deep stress, the efficiency and responsiveness of citizen services still fall short of the standards seen in many developed economies. 1 ) Personally, I have been struggling since 2018 to transfer my own old companies PF under a single UAN. Despite submitting multiple documents, providing all requested information, and following the prescribed processes, the issue remains unresolved , Lost trust in the EPFO system when even basic service requests remain unresolved for years despite full compliance - Same PAN used for PF submission needs multiple formats of documentations. 2) Can we get back our 50% PF as social security, the private job holders pension scheme is nothing as compared to west. Need help

The Digital Trap: Why We Must Enforce an Age Bar on Social MediaBy Pankaj SirWhether I am walking the corridors of RK College, preparing Junior College students for their crucial HSC and SSC board exams, or guiding driven UPSC aspirants at Young Mind Center, the biggest obstacle I see today isn't a difficult syllabus. It is the smartphone. We are facing an epidemic of digital distraction, and it is actively quietly sabotaging our students' futures. It is time we seriously consider strict age restrictions for social media access. The Reality in Our ClassroomsAs teachers, we know that success in board patterns or competitive exams requires deep focus, consistent writing practice, and mental clarity. Yet, what we see instead is fragmented attention. Students, especially those who already need special focus and guidance, are falling behind not because they lack capability, but because their cognitive energy is drained by infinite scrolling. The numbers back up what we see every day. The 2026
